Web hosting

Web hosting plans canceled within 14-days of ordering are refunded fully. No refunds, full or partial, are made after this 14-day period.

IMPORTANT: No refunds are made for accounts that are in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds are made to customers that have been previously refunded for a web hosting plan in the past 12 months.

Domain names

Domain names are non-refundable.
