Late payments

Overdue accounts are suspended for up to 60 days, after which they are permanently terminated and removed.

Overdue accounts are unsuspended automatically when payment is received within those 60 days. There is no refund or extension to compensate got the period that the account was suspended.

We do not charge late fees.

You may cancel your account by using the Cancel function on our website or by contacting our support staff. Cancelation should be made at least 14 days prior to the renewal date. Cancelations can be effective either immediately or at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for immediate cancelations.

Anuson may terminate your account when you are late on your payments, when you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or when a product is discontinued.
