The current version of the CyberAdmin theme does not properly support the LetsEncrypt certificate generation. Please ask our support team to either (temporarily) switch you to the Enhanced theme instead, or to generate the SSL certificate on your behalf. 

To generate the free LetsEncrypt.org SSL certificate please follow these steps:

1. In the Home screen of DirectAdmin, choose SSL certificates.
2. Select the Free & automatic certificate from Let's Encrypt option.
3. Enter your e-mail address in the E-mail field.
4. Click Save, and wait up to 30 seconds.

Please do not change any of the other options.

After generating the SSL certificate you will see a detailed message ending with Certificate for yourdomain.com has been created successfully!. If you do no see this confirmation, please copy&paste the message to our support team.
